How does the memory game work?
Cards appear face down on the screen. The player flips two at a time looking for pairs: the same product, the same pack, the same KV element. Once all pairs are found, the game ends and the player finds out whether they've won a prize.
Unlike a wheel, where the result comes in seconds, here the player actively looks at your products. That makes the memory game a strong choice when you want people to remember a range, a new pack or a product's benefits.
When should you choose the memory game?
- Product launches: every pair is a product from the new range.
- Consumer education: ingredients, benefits, how-to steps.
- B2B and trade marketing events: portfolio products for partners and sales teams.
- In-store activations on a tablet, with a promoter on hand.
Memory game, wheel or scratch card?
| Memory game | Spin the wheel | Scratch cards | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time spent with the brand | The most | Little | Little |
| Attention on products | High, every card is a product | Medium | Medium |
| Best for | Launches, education | Stand traffic, events | Receipt promotions, web |
| Prizes, odds, stock | Configurable | Configurable | Configurable |
All three run on the same platform, with the same dashboard and data export.
What do you need to launch?
Images for the cards (products, packs or KV elements), the final KV for the background and start screen, the prize list and the entry rules. Within 2 hours of the final KV the game is configured, tested and ready on your devices or online.
Where does it run?
On kiosks and touchscreens at events, tablets, phones and the web. At events it also works offline and syncs to the dashboard once the connection is back. You can alternate it with scratch cards in the same campaign.
