How does a spin-the-wheel game work on a kiosk?
A visitor walks up to the stand, taps the screen and, if you're collecting data, fills in a short form with GDPR consent. Then they spin. The result appears instantly and the promoter can hand over the prize on the spot. Every play reaches the dashboard with its location, device and time.
What matters to you is control: which prizes are on the wheel, the odds of each one, how many can go out per day and in which time windows. That way the grand prize doesn't vanish in the first ten minutes.
What do you need to go live in 2 hours?
- The final key visual for the campaign or event.
- The prize list, with stock for each prize.
- The entry rules: who can play, how often and when.
- The devices: Windows or Android kiosks and touchscreens, or tablets.
Once we have the final KV, the game is branded, configured and tested within 2 hours. In an activation with several kiosks, every device is reported separately.
Where does a prize wheel work best?
- Brand activations in malls and hypermarkets, where you need to stop people in their tracks.
- Sampling and tastings, as one more reason to stay at the stand.
- Festivals, fairs and conferences, where footfall is high and Wi-Fi is unreliable.
- Trade marketing events for sales teams, distributors and partners.
We work with brands and agencies across Romania and the Republic of Moldova, including activations in Chișinău.
Kiosk, tablet or the visitor's own phone?
| Kiosk / touchscreen | Tablet | Visitor's phone | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visibility at the stand | Very high, seen from afar | Medium, great for promoters | Low at the stand, high reach |
| Works offline | Yes | Yes | No, it runs in the browser |
| Best for | Malls, festivals, fairs | Sampling, stores, small stands | QR codes, campaigns without staff |
| In the dashboard | Entries, plays, winners | Entries, plays, winners | Entries, plays, winners |
You can mix channels in one campaign: a kiosk at the event plus an online wheel with a QR code for people who'd rather play on their phone.
What does reporting look like after the event?
The dashboard shows entries and plays by location, device and hour in real time, the remaining stock for each prize and the winners list. At the end you export everything as CSV or XLSX and, if you like, get scheduled email reports. Personal data is deleted or anonymised after the campaign, following the rules agreed with you.
Want a different mechanic at the stand?
The same kiosk can run a memory game built from your products or scratch cards. Alternate them by day or location, with the same prizes and the same dashboard. To get a feel for it, try the demo wheel on the home page.
